QA Edit: Seems the 50% off appliance part of this deal may have died but users as of today 5/1 still say they're getting the 50% off on open box TVs still. So we will let this thread stay in Hot Deals for another day or so, for users that still can get it.

I was shopping around for a new washer/dryer, and picked out a pair by LG. Called in to the store to find out what might be damaged on the washer since you can't go in and see it. The Best Buy website lists the open box price as $695.99. They went over and looked at it, told me about the scuffs, and then mentioned "oh, and the open-box promotion brings it down to $347.99
I bought it, then called the other Best Buy that had the matching dryer, also as open-box. I asked them what was wrong with it, and about the price since "another Best Buy said you're running an open box promotion" and we all know that could be specific to one location or whatnot. The guy on the phone said the price I got the washer for was crazy, he'd never heard of such a thing. He went to explain that open box pricing changes all the time depending on the new item sale prices etc, but he'd ask his manager. He came back and said that there's an additional coupon he has to scan, for 50% off open box major appliances. The Geek Squad extended warranty price is based on the price you pay, not MSRP, so that also goes down in price should you be interested.
Pricing on the website does NOT reflect this promotion. You must call the store so they can scan the coupon, and pay over the phone. My order doesn't show any SKU for a coupon, just the super-low price.

I called 2 stores. One applied the discount without me having to give sku or show coupon. The 2nd said employee had to be with me or call and place order for me
EDIT: I should add that I do know a BB employee in a different town and so I suppose technically I qualify (makes me feel better anyway!).

All in all it came out to be $1160 after tax for both units, the hookup kits, and 3 year geek squad protection plan on both units. Normal price would've been $1900 before tax.

I called two stores to order a refrigerator and a stove. They both immediately knew of the promo and it went flawlessly. One store also offered an additional 100 off the purchase for doing pickup Instead of delivery.

Got this refrigerator [bestbuy.com] for $674.99
and this range [bestbuy.com] for $260.99
They were ordered from separate stores in the Kansas City, MO area but every store I called was able to apply the discount. FYI for anyone who needs it, the discount coupon SKU is 5711631 and they did not need manager approval to use it. I was able to do extended financing on both using my Best Buy credit card.
I did have to pay a delivery fee of $69.99 on the range though because it's less than $300 and I don't own a truck

I then asked her what the price was. She said $315. I was thinking that maybe that price was with the F&F coupon already applied, but then I asked her if she could try and add it. She was like "yeah no problem." She already knew about the discount and was very willing to try and apply. She put me on hold for a good 2 minutes but then came back and told me the coupon does apply, and that the final price came out to $157. She was like "woah! that's a steal!"
I added the $70 delivery and with the tax on top the total came out $245. I'm very happy with that. Thanks OP!
