QA Edit: Seems the 50% off appliance part of this deal may have died but users as of today 5/1 still say they're getting the 50% off on open box TVs still. So we will let this thread stay in Hot Deals for another day or so, for users that still can get it.

I was shopping around for a new washer/dryer, and picked out a pair by LG. Called in to the store to find out what might be damaged on the washer since you can't go in and see it. The Best Buy website lists the open box price as $695.99. They went over and looked at it, told me about the scuffs, and then mentioned "oh, and the open-box promotion brings it down to $347.99
I bought it, then called the other Best Buy that had the matching dryer, also as open-box. I asked them what was wrong with it, and about the price since "another Best Buy said you're running an open box promotion" and we all know that could be specific to one location or whatnot. The guy on the phone said the price I got the washer for was crazy, he'd never heard of such a thing. He went to explain that open box pricing changes all the time depending on the new item sale prices etc, but he'd ask his manager. He came back and said that there's an additional coupon he has to scan, for 50% off open box major appliances. The Geek Squad extended warranty price is based on the price you pay, not MSRP, so that also goes down in price should you be interested.
Pricing on the website does NOT reflect this promotion. You must call the store so they can scan the coupon, and pay over the phone. My order doesn't show any SKU for a coupon, just the super-low price.

I tried twice and both reps said they were not able to apply the discount and had to be done in store or on the phone with the store.
I bought from a store (Oceanside CA) that had 3 of them and this was the only one with the stand and remote.
If you can find a store with multiple open box items you have a better chance to ask for the best one with all accessories or at least stand and remote, and win the non-display model lotto

Despite the ending, it does not, in fact, have GPS. It's super quiet. You can really only tell it's running by the lights and the occasional waste water discharge into the sink drain.

The longest part was them bubble wrapping the TV because it came without a box, but they did a great job protecting the thin OLED screen
I got an LG top load washing machine w/ 5 yr Geek squad for $560 and a Samsung electric dryer w/ 5 yr Geek Squad for $421. I will be picking them up today. Bot are black stainless steel in Satisfactory condition.
Both stores accepted my credit card info over the phone.
