Everyone worried about CoViD-19 and food needs to read this page [seriouseats.com], which is a pretty thorough resource on the topic. Short version is you are unlikely to get it from food itself, although the packaging it comes in may be slightly more suspect.

For those who want to be absolutely certain, reheat your food to at least 160°F for three minutes to kill any chance of virus lurking in it. While it's reheating, dispose of the packaging and immediately wash yourself thoroughly.
Yes, I've taken advantage of the free Breakfast Baconator coupon with any purchase a few times. I just buy the small breakfast potatoes for $1.29. It is definitely a great sandwich and makes for a filling breakfast. Even at full price ($3.99), I would say it's a better value than a McDonald's breakfast sandwich (but who of us Slickdealers pays full price).
Yeah banning drive thrus will never happen. Go to another country.

Yes, this is correct. I do not know why they are not wearing masks or gloves. Most restaurants are, but these fast food joints are not.

Maybe it depends where in the country but the ones near me are wearing masks and gloves on the couple of stops I have made.

Bigger issue I have heard is these places generally do not have the best policies in regards to paid sick leave.

Do it at your own risk. I realize all these fast food deals can be tempting. However, one must take into consideration that many of the fast food places are not wearing any gloves or masks. I placed an order last week at Wendy's, when I pulled to drive-thru window, they employees weren't wearing any gloves or facemask. I looked at them and said yeah let's cancel the order...

I gotta give a nod to Chick fil A. All employees were wearing masks and keeping their distance. They also offer curbside pickup through their app. They are one of the very few places we're getting to go food from.

They've been having a bunch of great coupons lately, like free double burgers with purchase (hello 99¢ frosty) and others. Anyone tried their breakfast yet?
