Beware, adidas gift cards are super finicky. I've had about a 20-30% chance rate that the card either doesn't work or balance gets zeroed out randomly. Getting help will take hours of your time. Just a heads up esp now that support is even slower.

Agreed. It was almost impossible to get a rep back then when I wanted to cancel my order. I then just ordered and returned.

I had no issue ordering it. Got a receipt/confirmation for order email as soon as I submitted. I used Chrome browser. Still waiting for GC code email but looks like it went through. If you order 250 save 50, if you order 50, save 10. Basically, every 50, you save 10.

Edit: after 15 minutes, gift card was received via email

I would get to this point as well with a confirmation email and pending charges on my card. Then ~5-6 hours later a follow up email would come saying my order was not able to process. Please keep us posted as to whether you get the codes

Ditto. Pre-paid VISA cards, Discover, Chase...none work. Multiple browsers. Cleared cache. Waste of time to try it. At least my Chase Freedom Unlimited had a 5x UR points promo when entering their site through the portal to get that kickback instead.
