Slip-ons? As a long time DC buyer.. these aren't slip on and have you ever bought anything ever in your life with a MSRP listed?
MSRP is always high regardless of the product. You have to have a suggested starting price for any product on the market. Plus that isn't crazy for shoes seeing that some actually sell for hundreds more. $60 is a typical MSRP for an every day pair of sneakers in the USA.
This is a benefit in most cases to the consumer when they are shopping for goods. (yes I'm aware of some crazy MSRPs, but then again we often don't know what kind of money went into an items production from start to finish that influenced that price.) I hope that helps.. Have a good day.

IMO maybe half a size small. I would say that comfort tends to be personal so if you're able, and they're not final sale; order 2 pairs and return the size that doesn't fit.
I'm shocked they have plenty of sizing on $25 shoes so in for 3 pairs!
For comparison, I wear a 10 with Clarks, if that's a comparison you can relate to.
That all being said, 40% off sale items is pretty basic and common for DC.
