This is a combo product. On the box it says something like "Products would cost $179 if bought separately!" yet they are charging $178.
Clearly Greenworks intended this to be priced much less than $179. I think Lowes got the pricing wrong. Maybe someone saw the $179 on the box and thought that was how much they were supposed to charge.
This is Greenworks's lowest end power washer. You can spend less and get a better made, higher end power washer that doesn't have the pricing mistake.
