I also appreciate the option to not have my information sold.
As a side note, I wonder why the sloppy front-end developers did not set the default country selection to the United States or at least put USA and Canada on top of the LONG list of countries to select from, since the website is intended for US/Canadian users.

It makes me wary that the default setting is to sell your info unless otherwise specified. At least they're being upfront about it, but still no guarantee. Plus how many people overlooked that bit and simply checked out?
On second thought, I'll just go to Trader Joes and buy some seeds for a couple dollars.
