First post, please be gentle. I couldn't find this posted anywhere.
This 2-pack of Honeywell Z-wave switches seems like a good deal. They are also made by Jasco and are supposed to be identical to the GE (Jasco) switches.

There is a bundle of a smart switch and an add-on switch (for the other location in 2-way, 3-way, etc applications) for $43.99.

Also smart switch and smart fan control for $59.99.

Honeywell UltraPro Z-Wave Plus Smart Light Switch, In-Wall White & Almond Paddles | Built-In Repeater Range Extender | ZWave Hub Required - Alexa and Google Assistant Compatible, 39348 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B3LY...PEb9Q
Oh well, with or without dimmers I would still take the Zooz switch or dimmers when they are on sale for $24 each because they have scene functionality, double/triple taps functionality, and allows you to use your existing old slave switches in 3 way and 4 way setups without needing to rewiring them.
I love being able to double tap to turn on or off all of the lights in one room, etc.
Inovelli now has same feature set or maybe even more, but I have never seen them under $25 before, usually $30 or more.

As far as I can tell they are the same model. The Costco part number is 47677 for the bundle. If you zoom in to the picture you can make out ZW4005 in the top left which is the same as what you linked.

So I can have these switched connected to my Ring Alarm base and co trip the lights via Alexa via voice or through the Ring app?
TP Link is a WiFi switch, this is a Z-wave switch. Completely different technologies.

Just a FYI: You can get some double tap functionality from most of the GE switches
