Agree. If you have Spotify Premium, you can download music offline to listen while you're running. If you have good bluetooth earbuds that stay in while you run, great. I have the Galaxy Buds, which don't stay in well, so I just have music playing on the watch while I run. Gets plenty loud enough for me, but not too loud to annoy other people.

Ahh, nice.

I would often run with no headphones, and music playing from my phone in my hand (in a water bottle / phone case). I wouldn't think the little speaker in the watch would play music well, but maybe so. I'll have to try that.

Thank you for your encouragement. I was thinking new would be better for the full warranty and fresh battery, but hopefully the open box one is close to new supposedly.

Between this and the Active 2 for $200....

I think this is a better value since they did the software update to add the touch bezel.

Active 2 Benefits:
-Slightly smaller bezel
-Speaker
-More heart rate sensors (8 vs 4) although mixed reviews if it helps at all. Both models are a bit inconsistent in tracking
