Cycle gear and Revzilla has the, normally, $749 AGV Sportmodular Carbon Hi-Viz helmet for $499.

They are closing out multiple colors on this helmet but the Hi-Viz is the only one on sale for $499 online.
For those in Denver, CO, I bought the white one today from Performance Cycle for the same $499 price and they had the Hi-Viz, white, and gray for the $499 price but that's only in store.

It's been this price for several months on Revzilla. I've been tracking this helmet's price for a long time, including moto dealers on ebay. It is frequently in the 400s on ebay, as moto dealers across the country are marking them down. If HJC's helmet ever dips, I'd probably bite, but I prefer this helmet once it dips, if ever, anymore.
