Not supporting netgear, but I had a router that I bought in 2010 and it still works great. Just can't handle higher speeds that my ISP provides now. Had to upgrade and went for this. On the same connection and same place I get speed 11 times of old one.
When it worked it was a decent setup, outside of a few issues, mostly its forgetting device names. But multiple failures in under 6 months is not acceptable.
Thinking of buying this since my ATT provides router isnt getting me decent speeds over 250 while im paying for gigabit speeds
And if it fails, that costco warranty is awesome (more than 90 days for routers i believe).
That's not a router problem, but limitations of AC standard...if you have wifi 6 devices, then get this router and you should see wifi speeds of around 500 to 700mbs at close distance... otherwise, for most people getting 200 to 400mbs on ac standard is still more than enough
