This same deal was posted a month or so ago, and there was some good discussion on issues with the 4GB version.

Looks like the 8GB version is also on sale again for $180.

Also, there's an MSI 5500XT 4GB for $160 after mail in rebate, and 8GB version for $185 after rebate. These both come with Resident Evil 3, Ghost Recon, and 3 months of GamePass.

4GB Version [newegg.com]
8GB Version [newegg.com]
around 1060 / regular 1660 (not super or TI)
According to VisionTek's site on the product:

"Power: Requires 1 150W 8-Pins PCIe power connector"

So, short answer, yes. It requires external power from the PSU

I kinda like these cards because the Radeon settings make games looks so sharp. Even though I'm team green hehe.

Nice price compared to the prices on the used RX currently on fleaBay. It is basically the RX580, for about the same price. But new and no mining worries.

Looks like small profile, does it need external power supply?

It probably doesn't matter in terms of current performance for Premiere Pro, but this will use less power and is multiple generations newer so will likely receive driver support for longer.
