As I read this, if i sign up for a $15/month plan, I get a $250 debit card.
And I only have to keep it for 2 months?
That can't be right.

I have two phones with cracked screens I haven't gotten around to discarding. Why would I sign them up for 2 months and make $440?
$15 prepaid plan doesn't qualify for this. The $250 card promo offer is only good with postpaid service. Postpaid service is more expensive.

I just chatted with an AT&T rep and saved the transcript.
Me: Is the $250 reward per line ported in, or per account? If I port in 4 new lines, how many $250 reward cards will I get?
Jaime: Are all the 4 lines bringing own device?
Me: Yes.
Jaime: Please give me a few minutes while I look into this.
Me: OK
Jaime: Thank you for waiting.
Jaime: One Reward Card per qualifying line. No line limits.
Me: Thanks for your help.
I was chatting with at&t how to add 5 new lines to my order. Then we got to this below. So now we have 2 reps conflicting each other. Any more data points or advice?

Natalie : No worries! You can complete this anytime. Ina adding all 5 lines to the same cart you will go through the check out only once.
Natalie : This will make the process much easier.
Natalie : We will also apply $250 VISA reward card on your account as you are doing a byod.
Me : O, I thought it was $250 for each line byod, no?
Natalie : I wish to inform that the byod offer applies per account.
Me : hmmm, I must have interpreted the terms wrongly. Are you sure?
Natalie : I am reconfirming on this again.
Me : ok
Natalie : Thank you.
Natalie : Thank you for waiting.
Natalie : I have checked my resources and this $250 VISA reward card applies per account.
Me : ok, i will have to rethink this then. thanks

FWIW, below is what my order showed. The $250 GC is shown for each line.

Yesterday I went through BF and ordered 4 BYOD SIMs and the 4-line Shared Data Plan. Checked my BF account this morning and WOW !!! (see attachments). I don't know how they calculated that, but I hope it'll pay out. Smilie
More than likely will be adjusted later on, but probably a good sign that they honor multiple lines. With that datapoint, I bit myself for 5 lines through BF as well. Also remembered I had some cashback there that I hadn't redeemed, lol.

Also saved the screenshots showing the $250 card applies for each line just in case.

I had 2 unlocked phones from a gift card deal from Xfinity Mobile deal a while back, 2 unlocked Moto E6's purchased at Best Buy for $0 with the Sprint Kickstart deal, and another unlocked backup phone that's not being used... 5 lines made sense for me. Smilie

Others can probably make it sweeter by signing up through employer, university, etc discounts. The terms mention discount may not happen during the first 2 billing cycles though:

Ported 5 prepaid #s from Boost Mobile purchased on eBay.

I ordered 4 lines because:
* I have only 4 phones available to do this deal.
* A 4-line Plan is the "sweet spot" for me. Less than 4 then the cost-per-line is high. More than 4 then the out-of-pocket expense is too much.

For everyone opening new accounts and adding multiple lines, are you porting over that many numbers or are you porting over just one number and then adding multiple lines? It's not clear which one you have to do. I have one GV number I can port over, can I port that number over and then open X additional lines?

You can add lines to a new or existing account, but to qualify for the deal each line must use a BYOD phone AND port-in a number from another carrier. See attachment.

From the terms on the OP:
"Add a new line to a new or existing account and port-in an existing number from another carrier"

You need to port 1 number per line.

Thanks, I wasn't sure to interpret the port-a-line requirement. What's the easiest way to get additional lines to port? Buy them from eBay?

I bought phone numbers on fleabay. Since the offer stated that the number must be from another carrier, I paid $4.99 for each Boost number. Some people use GV numbers, but that means they must have multiple GV numbers, and pay $3 each to get it unlocked by GV. Also, GV numbers are considered landline numbers and take longer to port-in. There are easy ways and there are cheap ways. I chose the easy way for just a few bucks more.

ebay listings says the boost numbers expire in 24 hours. how are you doing the port in so quick? do you already have SIMs on hand?

The ones that I bought (item# 223994868256) are good for 10 days.

Also, my SIM order with AT&T was placed on 5/1 and today's order status shows Deliver By 5/5 to 5/7. So take that into consideration when planning your deal.
