Don't use that link.
1. Go to https://www.att.com/checkmyorder/...ireless.rt (if it's not responding using Firefox, try another browser)
2. Enter one of your phone numbers that were ported in, and your billing zip code.
3. It should display a list of your phone numbers. You can choose to select a particular one, or all of them. I selected All.
4. Once it shows the number(s) had been activated, put the SIMs in your phone(s) and make test calls/texts.

At no time should it require an IMEI.

No, that's not normal, unless they repeated your order 4 times Smilie I only did 4 lines and it processed the list of 4 phones in about a minute.

Did you receive your SIMs?

no, the sims just shipped few minutes ago. thought i'd get a head start LMAO

is there a way to order new lines with existing new, unused sims so we don't have to wait for shipping? verizon and sprint allow this method. wonder if there's a similar option for at&t.

Did you mean Phone Number (instead of IMEI)? The IMEI was never asked/entered when placing the order.

I don't know. You can Chat with a rep and ask. Make sure they confirm that doing so will still qualify for the $250 offer. Email the chat transcript to yourself and keep it for record.

I mean after entering phone and zip, next step shows imei and sim number. Sim number is correct, but imei is entirely wrong. Please find the screenshot.

Some other people mentioned the "bogus" IMEI number that AT&T displayed. I never saw that screen when I activated my SIM. I suspect since you're using a BYOD that AT&T hasn't yet known its IMEI, that IMEI shown is just a "place holder" and will be replaced with your actual IMEI when your phone is connected to the network. I'd go ahead and click Yes on that.

I am trying to add a line to my account, But it is not showing $250 BYOD promo in the cart. Is this happening to everyone? I know it happened 4-5 days ago, but is this still happening?

Reporting back: Ordered 5 lines, TCB showing $200 pending. So looks like they've limited it to 50x4.

Activated my 4 lines today. Just like everyone my account is split into 2 plans. I went ahead and chat to get it merged into one plan. Damn AT&T.

TCB should update their site. It still shows $75.
