couple of questions..
1) when can we safely cancel ? i presume as soon as gift card is mailed
Someone said, cards mailed with 0 balance. we need to activate them once we received. It will take another 24-28 hours to get the balance into cards. If you cancel lines before loading money into cards it may be a problem. I am not 100% sure. Anyone correct me if I am wrong.

With my account, the bill is not generated until the service period has begun. Example: service period 6/8 - 7/7, bill created 6/7, bill viewable 6/12, due date (auto paid) 6/14. If I cancel before July 7, then I don't owe AT&T any money.

Log into your account, bring up the bill in PDF format as shown in the attachment below. It'll be much easier to understand the bill.
Thanks for the info. Now I hope my rewards arrive before 07/14, so I don't have to pay another bill.

1. On AT&T site, this deal says "Limited Time" with no stated end date. If I'm not mistaken , when someone raised a stink with AT&T's President Office because his orders kept getting cancelled, they promised to pay him the 10 x $250 in GC amount when the promotion ends at the end of June. You might want to call AT&T at 866-267-4510 to confirm the end date.
2. I used BF for my first order placed on 5/3 and the est payable date is Aug 1st. I used TCB for my 2nd order placed on 5/22, the est payable date is 14 weeks (end of August). I'm NOT going to keep paying $150/month hoping to get $200 from BF, and paying $100/month hoping to get $100 from TCB. I'll cancel early and forget about the cb.
Why did you use BF in one and TCB in the other?

Today is the 45th day since I activated 5 lines and have not received the email to claim the rewards. I chatted on AT&T Reward Center and rep said that my rewards were not in the system. Said that she had to manually enter them and that I will receive the 5 $250 reward cards in the mail in the next 3 weeks.

I've already paid 2 bills and was hoping to not have to pay a 3rd. My latest bill shows for period Jun 15 - Jul 14. I know that AT&T will have the 3rd bill ready in the first week of July.

If I cancel/port out by the July 14th, will I have to pay for the 3rd bill?
I am in the same boat. I have to wait 3 more weeks and keep the line open thanks to ATT Goof up.

Was someone commenting on this thread or the other one that 2 GC per account limit is not visible in browser incognito mode?
I thought I saw it somewhere but I am not able to find it now.

Did anyone try with more than 2 lines after 5/14/20?

Why did you use BF in one and TCB in the other?
When I placed my first order on 5/3, BF was advertising $50/line. The cb shown for my order for 4 lines was $600 (I don't know how they came up with that amount), even for the order placed on 5/2 that was cancelled by AT&T.

When I placed my 2nd order on 5/22, TCB was running a Memorial Weekend Double Cash promo, 2 x $75 = $150 per line, so I went with TCB. The order was tracked but showed only $100 for 2 lines ($50 each). I submitted a claim, they reviewed it and said they'd forward it to the merchant, and it'll take 2-3 months for a decision.

I've decided to cancel my accounts before the 3rd bill is created and forgo the cb because:
* Several people in the Sprint thread got their cb denied at the estimated payable date (although some did get paid). For my 1st account, I don't want to pay $150/month (4 lines) for another month only to see the cb denied, or paid $200.
* TCB case for my 2nd account will take 3 months. I don't want to pay $100/month (2 lines) for another month to get $100 (or $300).

It would be foolish for someone to expect more than 2 rewards per account after 5/14, regardless of whether or not the limit is seen in their browser. The limit is clearly shown when you read the post-5/14 terms. Not much of a leg to stand on to argue for more than 2.

It looks I have to do same way to cancel as I have two orders through TCB one was tracked and shows pending and other one not & submitted ticket with AT&T ..after almost one and half month they said AT&T denied claim as invalid order even that was correct order and provided all accurate information and loosing hope now even for the first pending claim as they will pay or not

Just an fyi....$50 cb is for iPhone and $75 is for android devices, by default TCB assumes you activated on iPhone....I raised a missing cb, and I was asked couple of days back what device I activated the offer....I told 2 iPhone and 2 android, so they fixed the cb now in my account....now I see 2×$50 for iphone and 2×$75 for android devices....so try your luck by saying you activated the offer on android device

Looking for some advice. I'm planning to do two lines but one line still needs to wait about 2 weeks before I can port it in. Can I do one line now and port in the second line in two weeks? thanks

Yeah, I already went through the iPhone vs Android question with them exactly a month ago. There are some more messages exchanged after that day saying that they would submit the $300 amount (2 x $75, doubled) to AT&T, but the cb amount in the dashboard remains at $100.

The terms for the deal say "Add a new line to a new or existing account....", so you should be able to add one line at a time. Just be aware that AT&T puts most of the cost on the 1st line, so the 1st line of the cheapest plan (Shared Data 3GB) is $50/month plus about 25% in taxes & fees. When you add the 2nd line, it'll cost $30 more + taxes & fees. After adding the 2nd line, check your account carefully to make sure it doesn't get put into a plan of its own and raises the cost.
