Did you try calling E-comm at 866-267-4510 to verify your ID & billing address after placing the order? Doing that won't guarantee approval, but it won't hurt the chance.
Did you open a lot of cell phone accounts recently?
Did not call the EComm dept. Opened an account with Sprint. I was moving my number from Verizon. Entered all the port in details with Social and DB. Thanks

If you read back to the beginning of this thread, many people got their orders cancelled for the same reason (can't verify the order was from you). I had one order cancelled on 5/2 but approved when resubmitted on 5/3 and called E-comm.

What kind of verification do they do? Want to be sure it will work with e-commerce before resubmitting order.

When you call E-comm, they'll ask for your order number, name, billing address. Then some rep would say that they would make a note on the order that you called in and verified your info. They will say the next step is for the order to go through the Review Process, probably by their Fraud Prevention Dept. You can't contact that dept.

You can tell them that your earlier order was cancelled and you want to verify your ID so you new order won't be cancelled again. Call them only when you have resubmitted the order, so they'll have something to look at. There's no Credit Dept that you can talk to .

How many lines do you have? How many cards did you received? Was your order placed before 5/14 when the card limit was reduced to 2?

Received my four $250 GCs today. See progress below.
I received just one card so far today. All 4 have same mailing date. Now I'm worrisome...😛

Close your AT&T account and cash out the cards quickly (like buying money orders with them) so AT&T can't "claw back" the extra card.
