when you can access this reward page? I can't login to rewardcenter.att.com since my new account activation last week. made a call to reward center, was told my account is new, need to wait 30 days to check reward status.
Wait at least 30 days then chat with Reward Center to request the rewards. Once the rep has submitted the request then you can see something a day or two later.

Seems for two lines, the cheapest plan will be Share Data 3GB, 80 per month?
I guess I can play again. I did not max the Sprint deal - only two lines. If TCB approves the CB in a timely manner than it can be a decent MM even with two lines at price listed above.

Any updates on when the TCB dollars are payable? Getting the rewards without paying a third month is decent, but with all the surcharges I think I need more of a sweetener to deal with all the hassles. Sprint got me for four months and stiffed me on $100 of referral/referee.

I used BF for one AT&T order and TCB for another order. BF gave an estimated payable date 90 days from order date. TCB gave an estimate of 14 weeks. You can receive the $250 GCs and cancel the account after paying for only 2 months. If you want the cb, you'll have to pay for a 3rd month at around $100 (2 lines Shared Date 3GB + taxes & fees) hoping to get a cb of $100 for 2 lines. Doesn't make good sense.

So paying $200 over two months will get me $500 if I only have two numbers to pull over from Sprint...

That's correct. Also, the limit (since 5/14) is two $250 GCs even if you port in more than two numbers.

Net of $75 per month per phone is in line with Sprint basic incentive - paying $320 for four months of two KS lines and getting back $805 which should have been $905 but I screwed up a referral process between myself and my wife.

$485 divided by eight phone/months of service = $61 per month per phone. No credit pull on that one and enough hotspot data to put both lines to work.

Thx,

Dan

Are there any trick to successfully place the order? I am genuinely trying to move back to ATT from VZW.

My tireless steps:

1. TCB >> add ATT BYOD >> order cancelled (X3) == Called ATT ECOMM number on each instance (they mentioned order went through, reached out to credit check team to confirm that credit check went through successfully)
2. ATT Store >> New Account >> Success == Out of Store in 20 minutes with fully functioning new number and SIM (Same personal details as above, no credit check hiccups, etc)
3. TCB >> add ATT BYOD >> order cancelled (x2) == I tried to add additional number (port my actual number), same story as step 1. This time I was told to wait 2 weeks after I created ATT account before I can add another line
4. ATT Store >> add new line >> Success == Out of store in 20 minutes with successful port. The Rep had to call the credit processing center to provide additional information in order to complete the order.
4. ATT website >> add ATT BYOD >> order cancelled (x1) == this was 2 weeks later. same story as step 1 & 3.

I guess, I will have to skip the BYOD offer and just walk into the store to port my other 2 remaining lines.

Any insight from peeps here?

Can't really offer you anything other than saying quite a few other people had the same (bad) experience as yours. They went to the store to verify their ID and created an account. Yet subsequent orders placed online (to qualify for $250 offer) still got cancelled. AT&T Order Review Dept works in a mysterious way.

My acct#2 with two lines were activated on 5/27. Today (35th day) I chatted with Tina at Reward Center and she processed my two $250 GCs. I'll check after 2 days to see if they show up at Reward Center for me to claim.

got 5 of my GCs yesterday, activated them online, set the pins, went to WM, got a $1k money order w/ 4 of them. Did the last one at a local grocery store that does MOs with debit cards, and deposited in the bank.

Had 5 H2O simcards, filled out the info at https://www.h2owirelessnow.com/transfer, one number already not showing on ATT account within the first 30 minutes, the others except 1 ported over in the next few hours. One had incorrect data (maybe fat-fingered) and fixed it this morning. After porting all out account shows cancelled upon logging in.

Net: $1250 - $316.78 (2 months service, including a missing autopay credit for the first month that they manually applied when I chatted earlier) - $5 H2O port out SIM cards - $1.88 (MO fees) + 5% CB paying AT&T w/ credit card ($15.83) = $942.17

Thanks OP and others! Might end up getting a small credit since I'm not completely done with the billing cycle this month. xD

Could someone please clarify:
I already have one Att line opened a month back and still waiting for the reward card. If I now add another line, will i be eligible for another visa card? What if I close the first primary line asap after receiving the 1st visa card.

EDIT: Just talked to chat rep and he mentioned that as per updated terms, now its only 1 visa card per account Frown

We're you still able to qualify for the $250 rebate in store after betting denied online? I'm about to go into the store as well due to having to show verification.

I just want to make sure I get the rebate still.

Yes that is correct. If you have employer discount signature program, you will get another 20% discount on the plan making it $72 per month for two lines.
Dont they have different discount percentages based on the agreements that the companies have? At least i think that's the way it was. So Company A might get 8% and Company B might get 10%.
