Another route for people that get declines when applying online is to talk to customer service and get them to notate the account that you originally applied online so still honor the reward even though you open in store.
Maybe someone that has opened in store through this route can try to claim the reward (even if the account was not notated).

* Acct #1: 4 lines, order placed 5/3 through BF, shows "$600. Verified. Est Payable 8/1/20". All lines ported out on 6/26. Account closed. I don't expect BF to pay.
* Acct #2: 2 lines, order placed 5/22 through TCB, shows "$100. Pending. Est 14 weeks". I submitted a claim saying the cb should be $300 (doubled the usual $75/line for 2 lines). They said it'll take 2-3 months for a decision. I'm waiting for the $250 GCs to be mailed (claimed on 7/6, approved 7/7). I'll port out by next Saturday. I don't expect TCB to pay.
Ported Out all 4 lines to H20 to die. Let's see if TCB pays or deny....
Thanks hpham_53. Repped

I ported out to H2O. Kenpet in the Sprint thread ported his Sprint numbers to Tracfone AT&T SIMs and I think he said it took less than 30 minutes.

Which CB site is good for this? I only see highest $75. Also seems BF and TCB both have 90-day payable, if we leave before 90th day, will it be a problem? Thanks.

TCB advertises $75 but likely will track at $50. BF offers $50. Raku says no cb for lines tied to the $250 GC promo. Most people cancelled before 60 days. Nobody has reached the 90-day mark for BF or 14 weeks for TCB to see if they'll pay out. My BF est payout date is 8/1/20 but I already cancelled on 6/26. I'll check on 8/1/20 just out of curiosity.

I signed up for two lines yesterday afternoon. Still shows inprogrsss with target sim delivery of July 14. I did use the link in this thread to apply from the promotion page, however, no where on the checkout does it say that the promotion is part of the checkout. Thoughts on this? I've saved the promotion details PDF but how can I confirm that the promotion will be applied to my account? Thanks in advance.

I wish I had $1 for each time that question is asked. Don't people bother to read past posts before asking the question? Even just the posts from the past week or so.

better to port-in while adding the line itself, then do a number change within port-in later

getting a new number from att does not mark the line as "portin". it should show up as "portin" for the rewards to get processed smoothly.

in my case, i faced a problem with entering port-in information while ordering online. then i shared my screen with chat rep and the rep suggested to get new numbers instead and then port-in later. all this was notated on my account and it helped while processing rewards.

rewards team initially said that these lines are not showing up as "portin" and the rewards would get denied. then i had to contact cs and they processed the rewards based on the earlier notes.
Thanks for the advise. I had already placed my order on Friday evening prior to this message though. I requested one line as port-in and one with a new number. Got an email about 'working on your order' yesterday noon and another 'order was shipped' yesterday evening (surprised to see as I thought they don't ship on Saturdays). Today morning received 3 addl emails (For HBO Trial, setting up account and setting passcode). I have plans to port in number on 2nd line and check if they can add offer to it. Else cancel and add another one with port in Smilie

Question on HBO Max trial if anyone has tried - does it require credit card details? Will redeeming the code and cancelling service stop it or continue till one month?

Question about HBO Max Trial...
When I did it in May, I had to provide a credit card. I cancelled on the 20th day, but the free service continued to the 30th day.
