Maybe someone that has opened in store through this route can try to claim the reward (even if the account was not notated).
* Acct #2: 2 lines, order placed 5/22 through TCB, shows "$100. Pending. Est 14 weeks". I submitted a claim saying the cb should be $300 (doubled the usual $75/line for 2 lines). They said it'll take 2-3 months for a decision. I'm waiting for the $250 GCs to be mailed (claimed on 7/6, approved 7/7). I'll port out by next Saturday. I don't expect TCB to pay.

getting a new number from att does not mark the line as "portin". it should show up as "portin" for the rewards to get processed smoothly.
in my case, i faced a problem with entering port-in information while ordering online. then i shared my screen with chat rep and the rep suggested to get new numbers instead and then port-in later. all this was notated on my account and it helped while processing rewards.
rewards team initially said that these lines are not showing up as "portin" and the rewards would get denied. then i had to contact cs and they processed the rewards based on the earlier notes.
Question on HBO Max trial if anyone has tried - does it require credit card details? Will redeeming the code and cancelling service stop it or continue till one month?
