I talked with chat to update my billing cycle to the 15th (from the 8th) because I want to switch back to T-mobile after 90 days. My bill now shows as Jul 8 - Aug 1. but I wonder if the next bill will be Aug 2 - Aug 15 or Aug 2 - Sep 15?

I used H2O SIMs to port out 6 AT&T lines. Completed within 15 minutes of submission.
When did you get your $250 cards? In the mail?

so I activated before 5/14. do I just wait? is there a website to check the status of $25
Go to AT&T Reward Center site: https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx
Select Contact Us, and the Chat function (available 7AM-7PM Central M-F). Ask the rep for your $250 Rewards. The rep will manually submit them. After 2-3 days, go back to the same site, enter your phone number and zip code and you should see the reward to claim. Repeat for each line. The day after that, check again to see if the claims were approved. If so, it'll give the estimated Mailed Date. I've actually received the cards on or before the estimated Mailed Date.

You won't see anything there until a rep had submitted your rewards. Have you ever contacted the Reward Center about your GCs? If not, see my post above about contacting them using Chat.

To activate, go to ...
Sorry for bringing up the AT&T activation from your H2O reply.
I am just having trouble activating one of the 2 AT&T SIMs I just received today.

I went to this link: https://www.att.com/checkmyorder/...Device.rt, choose device, type the first phone number I need to transfer and activate, then both numbers poped up, then both activation started.

But now one of 2 SIMs is showing 'no service' on my unlocked iPhone. the other SIM's successfully activated.

Did I do anything wrong? How to solve the 'no service' issue. the number is still live on the old carrier as I am checking.

TIA

Swap the SIM from the phone (A) with "no service" to the other phone (B).
1. If phone B now has "no service", then the SIM wasn't activated properly. Contact AT&T Porting Dept for help.
2. If phone B still works with the swapped SIM, then phone A has problems accepting an AT&T SIM.

Thanks. One phone call sovled the problem. They just updated IMEI# and now it works all right. Interestingly it seems AT&T system couldn't catch the IMEI# correctly.

Thanks man. I already spoke with them earlier in the week, but I'm going to try live chat tomorrow. Only 1 out of 4 of my phone #'s is showing up on tracking when at least 3 of them should be there. ATT Wireless is seriously the worst company ever.

my number is on AT&T MVNO; how long it needs to be on non-AT&T carrier before it becomes qualified for the BYOD offer?

I bought these H2O SIMs at Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/h2o-...Id=6421026

To activate, go to H2O web site and follow the steps to activate. After you fill in the SIM number, the screen will refresh and shows you the plans. Select exactly as shown in the attachment and you won't have to buy any airtime.

You'll get an email confirmation of the port request, but you will not get an email confirming that it was successful. You need to check your AT&T account, the monthly cost and list of devices will change each time you remove a line.
This used to working, but today a message in the red pops in:

Do you mean the PIN for the account to be ported out, or a time card PIN for H2O ?
I just used a "yellow" H2O SIM (not the black "Traveler" H2O SIM) to port out a Sprint line at 9:15AM Central today 7/15. It went exactly as I described and no H2O airtime PIN was needed. Make sure you select the correct H2O Plan as shown in the attachment below. When you select that, the airtime PIN is Optional.

I don't know why it didn't work for you. About 2 weeks ago, in another thread someone reported the same problem but it still works for me and other people. See screenshots below, note the time stamp in the lower-right corner.
