You will generally get an update between 24-36 hours unless you place an order on Friday (in that case they might come back on Monday)
Thanks.

I again almost got through my order when I noticed my browser says att.com is not secure. No padlock or anything. Has this happened to anyone else?

edit: so I started again in a new tab, website is secure up until I get to credit info, then it switches to not secure.

Hi, I placed an order for two lines through TCP ( currently offer $100), but the pending cash back is only showing $100, not $200 as I expected. What should I do? Thanks.

I have another question regarding porting to ATT from Sprint, when register ATT account, they asked SSN number, account number and pin I put on Sprint, but my sprint account is a no credit check account, so do I have to put the SSN , or just leave this blank?

Also what if the name on my Sprint account and the name I will use on ATT is different, because I want to transfer my wife's two lines from Sprint to ATT, which will be under my name? Does this name difference will create any issue for ATT? Thanks so very much for any clarification.

On 1st query, I believe the field is mandatory so can't leave it blank.

On 2nd, someone else will have to pitch in as my only line I could successfully order had same names.

Tried a different browser and it again switched to not secure. This time when I was adding carrier info.

I was in same situation. Sprint no credit check account in my wife's name. AT&T account in my name.
I entered wife's details including SSN for port out. I didn't want any hiccups.
Worked like a charm.

Sigh ... called them a while back to combine two lines into one data plan. Was promised a credit and plan adjustment.

I guess getting both was too greedy. No credit issued and my first bill of $140+ was charged.

I guess I need to block out another hour of time to make another AT& call. Sigh.

Try chatting with them. I am not sure if they can combine two lines into one plan over chat but they were able to take care of my plan adjustments and credits after I was billed for 2 lines when I had already cancelled one line without activating it.

I'm giving up on this for today. Not going to submit all my personal info, DL, SS, and CC over an unsecure connection. Tried 3 browsers...
