What site did you use to activate the SIMs? This afternoon I activated the two SIMs for my acct #3. As usual, I went to this site: https://www.att.com/checkmyorder/...aQodPFgOEg [att.com]

After entering one of the phone numbers being ported in, and my zip code, it found the order and displayed the phone numbers in the order. I selected to activate them all (the default) and off it went. Never had to supply the IMEIs during the ordering or activation process.
Yes, that is the exact same link I used. Did not take screenshots but IIRC after entering my wireless number and zip code, it displayed an IMEI along with ICCID then asked to confirm they match with a NO or YES. Same message for both wireless number, clicked NO then it asked me to call 866-499-8008.

Did you use same SSN for 3rd account? Did you see credit check?
My first account was activated on 12th May, got card and closed on 11th Jul, however ATT did hard credit check.

So want to jump again, if they dont do credit check.

These are numbers I use. Gone to store to sort it out. If order gets canceled.. the promotion can be availed using the same order ( account number of that order) the rep will direct you to store. You have to get them to note it on account. There is a start in store finish online option SISFO in the offer terms. I got the store to give them the in store transactions ( which act as order number) . The Ecom and store rep spoke in conference. The Ecom rep noted them on the account.. I have the digital trail on the account.. so I think I would get the rebate.
Now this is ymmv .. but I saw the offer article as they say when the rep was looking
I went to the store today. They flatly said I won't be eligible for the offer if they place the order in store and refused to call csr in att. They were adamant csr gave me wrong info and it is online only offer.

I took screenshots of each step, the IMEIs were never displayed. It wouldn't know the IMEIs of the phones I would be using anyway. Did you supply the IMEIs at any step during the ordering process?

Edited: Never mind, I know why now from past posts. If there were problems during the port-in process, they purposely shipped the SIMs paired with "dummy" IMEIs to force you to call in.

Is this deal worth trying if I want to switch 2 lines over from Sprint?
Seems like a lot of people having issues.
Also, how long does it take to get the sim cards is the number port into At&t before getting the sim card by mail?

I used different names and SSNs (wife's, mine, daughter's) for the 3 accounts.

There were no hard pulls for acct #2 (ordered 5/22) and acct #3 (ordered 7/19). Someone posted yesterday that AT&T no longer do hard pulls, based on the statement on the screen below. But some people who ordered within the past week said they got hard pull. I don't know.

1. Only you can decide that for yourself. With 2 lines and bugging out after paying for 2 months, you'll clear about $300, a meager amount compared to your big haul with the Sprint deal laugh out loud
2. The port requests will be submitted to your current carrier for approval, but the actual cut over doesn't take place until you've received the SIMs and activated them.

That's what the store clerk told me (after spending 45 minutes calling different AT&T depts) when I went to the local store on 5/1 after my 1st order was cancelled.

That makes sense. Wish they did that instead of cancelling orders, it forces ppl to call and verify information and whatever else is needed.

That's why I had e-commerce CSR put notes on the account and asked her to give me the account number. At store they got my I'd and other proof verified by calling verification department and clearing everything
