That's what the store clerk told me (after spending 45 minutes calling different AT&T depts) when I went to the local store on 5/1 after my 1st order was cancelled.
The store does not call. You have to call e-comm and have them talk on speaker.. again YMMV

E-comm number is 866-267-4510. When the automated system asks for the reason of your call, say "AT&T asked me to call".

So far nobody in this thread reported getting that email. Chat with AT&T Reward Center after 35-40 days to ask for the GCs. The rep will submit it and tell you what to do next.
I can second that. None pf two accounts, 10 days apart, received reward emails. Both accounts of TB CB were declined too.

Were you logged in onto My ATT when you placed your second order? Did you used same email and payment or ordered under different name account holder?

This ATT has been a total nightmare but since I had hard credit pull I've just been pushing thru it, got lucky to get 5th order approved but now trying to port my last 2 Sprint lines on a separate account

1. Only you can decide that for yourself. With 2 lines and bugging out after paying for 2 months, you'll clear about $300, a meager amount compared to your big haul with the Sprint deal
2. The port requests will be submitted to your current carrier for approval, but the actual cut over doesn't take place until you've received the SIMs and activated them.
Thanx. Yes, my Sprint haul has to be the Slickest Deal I've ever pulled off from this site LoL.
Maybe i'll give the At&t promo a shot with some lines that have new billing cycle in the 1st week of August, therefore have tie to get the sim cards.

  • Is this deal worth?
    • Yes, if everything goes well, you save make around $400.
  • How long it takes to get SIM?
    • Once it is approved, you should get SIM in 2 Business days.
  • Is Number ported into ATT before SIM Card is delivered?
    • No, Number gets ported once you insert ATT Sim in Device and complete Activation formalities.
Thank you for the response.

Today I received the attached letter from AT&T regarding my daughter's order placed on 7/19/20. Her FICO score is 780 which is Very Good, but her credit history is short because I helped establish it just this past March. She has only one card and had made a few purchases. AT&T uses their own credit scoring system and her score is about Fair (585 out of 999). Usually the "downbeat" language used in the letter is for a Rejection Letter, but I'm surprised that they approved her account.

Made two orders , Me and my cousin , different SSN, different home address and both of us have great credit history.

Got order cancelled email today saying " We couldn't verify the order came from you. Let us help you reorder at store " Makes zero f***in sense. We both have AT&T fiber at homes, not sure how we were not in their systems ?

Is it worth to go to store to reorder and hope that the GCs get approved ? or should we try our luck online again ?

Thanks !

Orders nine and ten have not been fulfilled but also have not been rudely canceled. Maybe someone is finally paying attention to our complaints? It makes no sense, that's for sure.

You can try one more time. If it gets cancelled again, it will be difficult to get it thru after that.

In store is a no go unless they know how to start in store and finish online which no one seems to know.

Yes that's exactly what I received, not sure why they send these rejection letters to then approve an order lol
