The charger with the nintendo switch dock is a 39w charger as far as I know. I would personally advise against using it...however maybe someone else can provide more insight.

No the dock needs 15v (2.6a?) this only goes upto 12v

Nintendo does its own little quirky thing and doesn't even follow the standards for power delivery. I doubt it would work with your dock and if it did there is always a chance of damaging your switch.

Ever since Nintendo docks were being bricked after firmware update 5.0 when people used unofficial docks, I have been reluctant to charge my switch with anything other than the official charger.

Power management on the Switch is super easy, barely an inconvenience Check out this super easy diagram to figure out what will and won't work.
