Main complaints are battery life is really bad and that it runs hot (not good for longevity). Reviewers also note that the CPU is weak in respect to the GPU.

It's been constantly dropping in price. Check out reviews, plenty out now. The Ryzen 5 bottlenecks the 2060 so don't expect full 2060 performance and no room to grow with such a mediocre cpu.

Which is the opposite problem of 99% of laptops, and 90% of gaming laptops. (But I believe the reviews are correct.)

True! They did originally list it with a better CPU but perhaps they screwed up in production..

This is just a bad laptop. That CPU bottlenecks (confirmed) even lower end GPU's. Dont even bother

The ryzen 7 is only about 10% faster Max.

And with 1660 deals not even this low i find it hard to believe you'll really get more bang for your buck with one of those

The closest I've seen outside that one awesome evoo deal in January is the tuf on Newegg with 144 screen and ryzen 7 with a 2060.

Worth 170 more for that? Not super sure

Meh, the EVOO deal for the i7-9750H and 1660Ti for less than $600 was better. You aren't going to get any mileage from that 2060 with the R5 3550H.
