Verizon is offering customers with existing non-committed 100/100 plan a free upgrade to 200/200 plan for the same monthly cost of $39.99 without additional commitments.
To receive this free upgrade, login to MyVerizon dashboard
here [verizon.com]. Then click "Order Now" under the black "mix & match on Fios" tile. Click your existing 100/100 speed, then click "More Speeds" and select 200/200 for a month cost of $39.99.
Complete the order and you'll now have double the speed for "free".
Please note that if your G1100 or G3100 router is connected to the ONT via COAX, your order will not be processed unless a technician visits your location to switch it over to Ethernet. COAX on the ONT only supports speeds up to 100/100 and anything faster will require the router to be connected directly into the Ethernet port on the ONT.

I am on an expired grandfathered Triple Play plan. Which includes HBO and Cinemax.
My previously purchased router is already connected to the ONT via ethernet cable, I am currently on 100/100 Internet speed.
I can't upgrade just the Internet speed.
This Mix and Match BS requires me to change my TV plan at the same time. Therefore losing HBO and Cinemax and having to pay separately for them.
I also have to pay an equipment charge to upgrade my STBs.
This "upgrade" will severely increase my monthly bill.
As usual Verizon screws over existing customers.
Thanks for nothing VZ.
Anybody else in the same situation?
I know other people in my neighborhood who also haven't change plans in years.
Verizon has no consideration for loyal customers.
Oh well, if i lose disney+ but gain higher speed, fine by me, as long as they don't screw me by change the price next month.

Has there been anyone who has been able to keep their Disney plus beyond the current billing period? Thanks.

I have this switch in my cable utility box and it connects to my wireless router in living room. Currently it is used to connect from my wireless router and distribute to other ports in my house.
I will appreciate anybody who has used this setup and can confirm if it will work. Will like to move on from Comcast considering the price point.
