OP, did you order for pickup from a store that had stock on hand?

I'm guessing the OP price only shows for stores with item in stock. No stores in my region have this in stock, and all stores showing $300.

Great price on a great tool. For those who say they don't need it, think how much easier this will make pouring a slab foundation for the new shed you need to build to hold your new concrete mixer.

Absolutely. I have the Lowes version of this for a few years and it works great. I poured small and medium sized slabs with it. Works well when you can't get a truck or find enough people. I actually just mixed a bag in a wheelbarrow today and couldn't imagine doing that for any sizable project.
