By reading reviews, they do appear to have slower than normal shipping times and customer service, but they have a note that says to visit www.earlymoments.com/dashboard [earlymoments.com] (takes up to 48 hours to be able to view after order is placed) to adjust shipping frequency or to pause future shipments (so you don't encounter a paid order, before you are able to cancel)

I went through them before. My experience - others said they had a better experience cancelling, but I can only speak for my experience. Note that his was 2 years ago, so maybe they changed. Cancelled, charges kept showing up (for regular prices, like $20+) in following month. Cancelled again. Never got refund for the one they kept on. Disputed charge with credit card and finally got my money back. Never again just due to hassle factor.
Even though it's basically free, don't have any high expectations when it comes to quality. I let my son use it to put his headphone and snack size chips in the inside and small bite size candies is the front zipper pocket for a trip, the seam was already getting lose. By the time we were headed home for our trip, there were cracks on the bottom of the backpack 🎒 and small splits in the corner
also he's 3 and the backpack was pretty small for him to have on his back. the back slings cracked too. basically not usable anymore after using it for that trip

It says you can login- but takes up to 48 hrs for you to be able to login. I ordered, got confirmation email, but cannot login yet. Thisthread from 2017 has a comment in it that cancellation was not hard. But once you have access, I would definitely delay subsequent shipments out (via link in OP or email confirm), or pause them before they send a paid order.

I've signed up a bunch of times for friends... Cancellation is relatively simple once you login but don't forget to do it quickly as they ship every 3 weeks!

I saw this as a Facebook ad a month or two ago. Put off ordering bc kid was asleep and couldn't see which books he had already. Pretty sure it was 5 books then though, not sure if it was more money or not for the 5 books. Thought the backpack seemed neat.
