Really depends on the water pressure coming from your refrigerator waterline. It might not be sufficient
Just stop buying bottled water. Boom. Solved.
It's perfect for that. It tastes even better than bottled water.

Reverse osmosis water - fancy bottled water
These reverse osmosis water filtration systems are great - expect they remove essential minerals and fluoride.
If you use this -
- Make sure to have a very good dental plan
- Make sure to use high fluoride content toothpaste, to make up for the lost fluoride
- Brush your teeth with said high fluoride toothpaste atleast twice a day
- Stay away from sugars, soda and any acidic foods
- Pray that your dentist accepts your dental insurance plan
I don't have this one but a similar one. I thought installation was easy and straight forward. Only thing I didn't like is it uses a saddle connector for the drain. It will also take up about half of your under-sink space between the filters and tank.
You should be able to run this to the fridge (though I don't know for sure). The tank keeps pressure in the system, as long as your not using it all at once (then the pressure will be minimal as it filters at real time speed).
One other thing to note that I didn't know before I got mine- not all the water that passes through gets filtered-much of it is disposed as waste water. I think for my system, every gallon of purified water produces three gallons of water water. If you're on city water, this may raise your bill depending on how much you use it.
It will work

No evidence that consuming (drinking) fluoride is beneficial. In fact it has been shown to be a neurotoxin. I haven't used fluoride in years and none in my toothpaste either and no cavities.

I mounted my filters to the wall under my sink and the storage tank above my cabinets. Takes up very little room in my studio apartment

Look at your tube of toothpaste - why do you think it says to contact poison control if you swallow it...
