Good deal on a good ladder from a good vendor. TU.

Tempted, but holding out for the 22, although the 17 would be an upgrade.

This and the Gorilla Ladders posted a while ago look pretty much the same. That was 18ft at $89. What a killer deal

how much are 15 feet ladders cost normally? I got my step ladder usually it's enough, but when trimming tree it's not enough!

I have one without the wheels, I paid more than this 10 years ago.

Great deal.

If wheels are a must then this deal is a bit better as it comes with them. It is an additional $18 + tax as an option with the Gorilla.

The Gorilla that I ordered still has not come off back order status from HD. I'll be cancelling and buying this little giant as I'm not getting any younger and I will appreciate the wheels in five or ten years from now. I just wish the the project tray accessorie wasn't so damn expensive.

Is this the 2 x brackets that is needed to set the ladder up as scaffolding? If so it is about an $30 option.

I have one this size from a HD slickdeal years ago. Its nice for first floor tasks but its top step is only 15' up which means its no good for things like safely reaching the second floor eave or reaching all the way up the wall of a staircase to paint. If you have a two story house and predict youre going to be doing those things then you probably want to hold out for the larger version.

One difference is this has brackets for the air deck, which is very useful for me. I have a 12' ceiling I need to get up to, which puts me right at the top of this ladder. Having the air deck to brace on and hold stuff is a huge plus for my usage.

The Gorilla Ladder had an 18ft max reach. This Little Giant one is a 15ft ladder with 17ft 11inch max reach so I imagine they are more or less the same. And this includes the wheels as mentioned by DAC21.

Your math is off, the difference is only $10 + tax.

I have both but I'm leaning toward the Little Giant one due to 1) has wheels 2) ability to add air deck, work platform, etc. 3) seems better quality 4) the turn knot to extension on Gorilla one is not as easy as the LG one (reviews on HD website say the same) 4) Costco warranty

Got the Gorilla ladder last week from Home Depot for $160.

Picked this little giant up yesterday for $100.

The gorilla ladder is alot heavier and more heavy duty. With that said, I just need something for around the house and they both function adequately for my operation.

I returned the gorilla ladder to home depot earlier today.

Excellent deal for $100 here.

Historically on SD, the Gorilla has been 99 with wheels. I will wait.

Actually I didn't state the price difference, just how much more the wheel kit adds to the price of the Gorilla.
