I saw this several days ago but I hesitated because the title of that product doesn't match the item. I know the pictures and the reviews are for the Elite Pro, but the title is what concerns me. The title says

"Wahl Professional Essentials Combo with Taper 2000 Clipper and AC Trimmer for Fading, Edging, and Blending For Beginning Barbers, Stylists and Artists - Model 8329"

And if you actually google Model 8329, you'll see it's a different set. There's actually a product on Amazon matching that description which you can find here: https://www.amazon.com/Wahl-Profe...B0009J2C3K

So again, it's probably a title error and the price does match the price of Elite Pro, but I didn't pull the trigger because I didn't want to deal with the possibility that I might actually be getting Model 8329 which is the Professional Essentials which is not the same as the Elite Pro

Thanks for the details. Yes. Looks quite strange. All images show its an Elite Pro version. Anyway, shows me Free Returns for this one. If I don't get what they say, will have to send it back I guess.

Not the same set. I'm not 100% sure if the Elite Pro is better, but most reviews you find online say that the Elite Pro is one of the better sets. I don't know what motor is used in the Elite Pro vs. the Costco one

I'm skeptical this is for the Elite Pro. Not only is the title saying Essentials but the description is also.

The price is about right for the Elite Pro. The Essentials combo costs about double that. Everything not the brief paragraph at the top of the page indicates is the Elite Pro.

Better quality blades and slightly more powerful motor than cheaper Wahl home models. Not as robust as the pricier "Wahl pro line" models but less expensive and presumably don't need to withstand all day use. Also includes the Wahl premium comb guard set. A surprising number of Wahl models, in the US anyway, come with flimsier combs and usually omit several sizes. This applies to the more expensive "Wahl pro line" models as well. Apparently the premium guard set ships with many more models in Europe.
