i was in the market for a washer\dryer pair. I think this is a good price for this highly rated set. You get an extra year warranty with Costco, so total of 3 years. If you pay with your Costco Citi Card, you get an addition 2 years, totaling 5 years. Also, 2% Cash Back for Executive Members ($26), and an addition 2% if you use CitiCard ($26), for a potential of $52 CB. There are a bunch of others on sale as well if you don't necessarily like this set.

White Set: $1,249.99 (Model #s: WT7300CW | DLE7300WE)
Gray Set: $1,299.99 (Model #s: WT7300CV | DLE7300VE)

White Model includes $250 savings. Gray Model includes $300 savings.
Price valid through 6/14/20.
While supplies last.

Delivery, Basic Hook-Up and Haul Away Included in Limited Areas*

Was $1499.99 (White) and $1599.99 (Gray) yesterday, which I believe is the usual Costco price for the set.

Seems like it's a common price for these. However there is a sale on other LG appliances. Last year around this time I bought a set which was on sale from Costco. Seems like a lot of the same deals from last year.

I've been eyeing this set for a while and $1249 has been the price for several days at Costco. The gray set has been $1349 and now its $1299. It did go up to $1499 ($1599 for gray) briefly for past few days. I was hoping for a better price for memorial day but I need a washer dryer set for the new home and will get it 👍.

Anybody know if Costco delivery/installation can change the orientation of the dryer exhaust vent to vent out the side cutout instead of the back? I'm having a hard time finding a store installer that will do it.

5% CB using your Discover card.

Now the question, do you like the LG or this Samsung?

I bought an LG dryer a few years ago and needed to do the same thing. I was lazy and tried to jam the duct ın without taking the dryer apart. I eventually came loose and would leak steamy exhaust inside the cabinet.

I decided to do it the right way and take the dryer apart. It's not too bad, just screws holding the cabinet in place, the circuit board for the controls, and the dryer drum. It took me a weekend afternoon to do.

There's youtube videos so you can gauge if it's something you can do yourself instead of getting the installer to do it.

According to the Costco sales rep I just spoke to they take Discover CC online only, and Discover debit card in stores.

That is not entirely correct. Costco does not take Discover card at their stores, however, they do accept Discover card as well as Master Card online. I can verify this because I used DIscover card recently on costco.com online and I have received 5% cashback.

Why would you want to get 5% cashback, vs the extra years of warranty provided. by Costco credit card?

I like these, I have the same dryer and a 1 yea older higher model washer because it was on clearance. I haven't had problems with either and they both work great. My wife really loves having no agitator.

I don't have a Costco credit card and the reason I didn't get one is because of the annual fee attached to the membership. I am not sure if I would want to pay $60 just to shop at Costco. We don't shop at Costco very often other than buying appliances or some bulk stuff now and then. We take advantage of promotions when joining Costco as a new member and that would give us a $20 gift card and a few coupons. But yeah I agree, if you have a Costco credit card, it is better to use that for two additional years of warranty.
