If you swipe through the images, it states PD upto 100w. Not sure what you mean by switch dock as it has one hdmi port
He means use it as a dock for the Nintendo switch.

- I have the qgeem 4in1, also says 100w [max]
- I plugged it and the charger cable to my XPS(2018) laptop, and when I turned the laptop on a BIOS warning displayed saying a 40w charger was detected. As well, in Windows it said it was "slow charging".
- All(?) other brands of these hubs say 40w
So is it a coincidence this was only giving the wattage the other brands claim?

The hub itself takes some power. So if you plug 45watt charger, it only gives you 40watts. Try plugging a higher watt charger and see if it still have the same issue.
