I received the e-mail for this offer and it was showing in the app under my offers tab. However, after making an 'order ahead' purchase this morning and picking up in the drive through, I only got the base points. I did not receive any bonus. Not the first time Dunkin' failed to come through with posting points correctly. I already shot them off an e-mail, but based on previous experience, it will take 2+ weeks to resolve and probably require a phone call. Contemplating whether I want to take my chances tomorrow.

Received 100 points on one phone (account) but not the other. Last time this happened had to call but it was credited right away after the calls. They can see the mobile orders on their end for the days.

Just updating that I decided to try making a second purchase this morning and I did get the 100 bonus points for today's purchase. Hopefully the e-mail I sent about yesterday's purchase will be addressed in due time.

I emailed on the account that I did not get, and received response said it will be credited. Never got the points. Called yesterday with the case number and got the points.
