looks like an Amazon low and cheaper per pound than buying the 30lb bag right now

Crappy food for crappy owners. So many healthier alternatives at the same price point.

What's wrong with this food? Rated 4/5 here

Any other recommendations? We have been using this for 2 years and our dog loves it. Switched from Purina.

I switched from Blue Buffalo. It always seemed to make my dog lethargic. I've used Wellness, which I'd recommend, and currently use Hill Science Diet. Just do some searches for "problems with Blue Buffalo" and see for yourself.

I feed raw but when I don't have time, I feed dehydrated food. Way way way healthier and around the same price range per pound.

How about an abundance of recalls? How about it's literally fast food? How about they cut corners? How about it lacks moisture and causes liver problems?

Is that enough for you? Don't be lazy and throw garbage in your dog's bowl.

Like I said, there's way better product in the same price range. Those that thumbs don't either don't give a shit about their dog so they shouldn't own one. Or too farking lazy to do the proper research.

I was genuinely asking, so I don't understand why your answer is aggressive. You can drive your point across without calling me names, etc. Anyway, thanks for the info.

Sorry, people get on my nerve when I recommend a better product with comparable price but still insists on kibble for God knows why. My apologies.

How is the price comparable to your suggestions? The first 2 you mentioned are around $10 for 4 Ounces vs. this deal which is $10 for 6 POUNDS. Raw is also stretching it at $10. My dog is 11 years old and has only gone to vet for normal shots. He's eaten kibble all his life and last couple years mix of dry and wet chunks for taste (all rated well on advisor). I get you love your dog, but not everyone has time to cook their dog a meal like they do their kids. If your dog is still healthy eating what you give (like mine), then no reason to change, especially if the dog like it. Get off your soapbox.

How do you figure? $10/6 = $1.67/lb

Honest kitchen is $60/40 = $1.50/lb
