This is my first post, hope I'm doing it right.....
I just ordered a Workpro 9000 high back with headrest for $308 (regular price $440). The one with headrest are hard to find.. are always sold out. It's directly from Lenovo. The code is from an expired thread. You can also get the 12000 mid back for $300 and the 9000 for $279. Free shipping. Can sign up for their reward program also.

The chair itself is good for the most part. It's comfortable for long periods of time (I use it on average at least 10 hours daily), reclines, and cushion is mesh and breathes well so my farts don't get soaked in.
The only con I give is the armrests are clunky and barely adjustable. The adjust vertically in fixed spots and they "shift" diagonally in 3 fixed spots. They aren't easily removable at will. On a scale of 1-to-the-Herman-Miller-at-my-office, I rate this a 7.
Edit: Forgot to mention the shipping. I will never order direct from Lenovo's website for anything ever again. Zero tracking information, zero shipping updates. Received review requests for items I didn't order. Chair randomly showed up one morning at 7am from a private courier who texted me it was delivered.
Also, just a heads-up, their delivery service called me to schedule a delivery date/time and I (or another adult) had to be present to sign for it.
I am still using one of the WorkPro Quantum 9000s I got back in 2011. Zero issues with it, only replaced the wheels with rollerblade ones. I sit in this thing for 7-10 hours a day and have no back issues whatsoever. At work, we probably have 12 of these being used and only 1 person disliked it because he tucks his foot (with workboots on) under his other leg and wore out the padding at the front of the seat which is clearly isn't designed for. We just end up buying him $50 cheapo chairs as he ruins them. Environment is automotive, truck and body shop. They hold up well to dirt, bondo dust, grease, oil, etc. I clean mine once a month with a lysol wipe.
At home, I also have 4 of these chairs. Two for gaming (mine and wifes) and then my wife's craft room has two (one for computer work and one for large table or crafting friend to use).
I have sold probably 4 different friends on these chairs to use after they sat on mine at a LAN party, they love it.
TLDR: These chairs are great. They are knockoffs for $1000 Herman Miller chairs. I have not seen any of these at the Office Depot or Staples that also carry them, so don't know if you'll be able to go try them, but they are well worth it. If mine somehow fell apart today, I would reorder it without any hesitation.
