If you can find one the 17" EVOO with the RTX 2060 is only a few dollars more. I picked one up for $757 total. They have had several of these available today but they come and go real fast.
Here is my experience, I ordered the 15" one for my wife Christmas 2018. I ended up returning it for the 17" because it was rated with better thermals and the price per performance was better from what I recall.

This laptop is solid. Yes it's a walmart brand, but they don't make the cpu, gpu, ram, etc.She likes this laptop a lot and I have used it for gaming by bringing it to a friends house. I normally host our LANs, but if I am just going over to one friends house for a short period, I will bring this laptop and it performs very well.

My desktop is 8700k delidded @ 5.1gz, 1080ti, 4133 ram and use a 144hz monitor. I know that no laptop is going to perform as well as this regardless of the price. But t his laptop does a really really good job.at a fantastic price.

My wife has been wanting a laptop and this checked a lot of boxes...she only occasionally plays games like WoW and Stardew Valley so this felt like a pretty great deal. Went ahead and ordered one...in MI came out to around 745 with tax. Hopefully it will meet her needs. Thanks for the posting!

Mechanical Keyboard actually kills it for me. I need a silent Keyboard.
Otherwise it would have been perfect.

You would be surprised at how small this 17" is. It weighs around 5 pounds and is not much bigger than many 15" models.

No they take 15% off $1009 and then take an extra $100 off that. At least that's what they did earlier when I ordered one...

Brown switches...

Not really louder than most membrane keyboards.

However, note that the typing experience is only mediocre for a mechanical keyboard.
