The listed $199 MSRP makes the seller less trusted.
Also, this is the 1st gen Magic Mouse which was released in Oct 2009 and discontinued in Oct 2015. The original MSRP for this mouse was $69. I was able to get a refurbished one in 2011 for $39, and another used one in 2014 for $27.75.
The 2nd gen MSRP is $79, and the main difference is that you have to put two AA batteries for the 1st gen, while the 2nd gen comes with a rechargeable battery. 2nd gen is also a little bit easier to pair, and comes with a Lightning cable (MSRP $19).

A neat tool, if you're running Apple hardware.
Must be magical or slick deal if it is signed by Steve Job.
