The tagline at the top of the bag says "from the name you know and trust."
This confuses me. I've never heard of this brand. I remember the books being a fad a decade ago, but that doesn't equate to a trusted brand for dog nutrition. What am I missing? Is this company owned by a more well known dog food brand?
Only 34 reviews on Amazon. Is it a new brand or product?

Did additional research on their company site, they are relatively new compared to established brands, stating that they have 15+ years of experience in premium pet food nutrition (and "25 Years of Inspirational Stories").

I guess I'll try it out. By looking at their labels, it doesn't look bad. And after 15% S&S, comes to around $22 plus tax, like $24 bucks for 28 lbs of quality dog food. Chicken and Turkey are the first 2 ingredients...that's a good thing.

FWIW I sold this brand in a large retail pet food store over 5yrs ago. This brand was in the higher-mid end section between Nutro and Nature's Best. I have no reference with the large breed food specifically but have had their puppy food and it's comparable to Nutro in consistency and smell.
