I have these, bonus from Samsung for pre ordering Note 9. It's decent. A little stiff compared to other higher end brands. This is my only ANC, so can't compare much else.
I used these for 6 months on, and off. Sound quality was good, comfort was acceptable, noise cancelling was acceptable. The one thing that I found unacceptable, was the lack of ability to turn off noise cancelling.
Edit: Can't turn off noise cancelling while using Bluetooth

This dag on Squirrel just got sonic boomed.
Guile threw a slow one at you while holding back and front then throw a fast one at you so that both of the sonic booms hit you at the same time. "Sonic, sonic Boomed"
I have these headphones, and no, you can't turn off ANC when using bluetooth. That page on the manual is showing that the only way to turn off ANC is to turn off the headphones entirely and use the 3.5MM jack.

I've never seen a burn described like this. I love it, it's like poetry.
These are great headphones had mine since the note 9 as well. The padding is the only thing that may rip a little on the inside of the ear piece but I have abused mine pretty good. Also these tend to come up on eBay for $60 or so
I've had these cans for three years now, as a replacement for wired headphones from the Harman customer service, which is a big plus if you are thinking to buy these.
While they don't excel in any aspect, they do everything well and are really enjoyable anytime the convenience of portability, wireless and ANC are a priority over sound quality.
I use them for gardening, having phone calls (the mic is on the headphone too, for wireless calls, not in the cable only) and long flights. Noise Cancelling is not first class, but do well in taming the mower or airplane noise and let me enjoy the music at moderate volume.
Clamping force is average. After using several headphones, I apparently have a thin head, thus the AKG don't hold well if I move a lot (they do well if you bend and move around, but I wouldn't do workout with them), on the other side I didn't get fatigue while wearing them on a 18 hours flight, taking very few and short breaks only.
Sound is mostly V shaped, not very clear and a bit boomy and muddy on the low end. I usually prefer clearer and more natural sound, but I often found myself engaged in the music anyway.
Overall, for this price, I would recommend them.
As someone else noted, the AKG700 are available at the same price. I don't know them, but may be likely a better choice.
I received these free with my Galaxy Note9, and I rarely used them because I owned Sony xb950n1s and now Bose 700s.
They are moderately comfortable but I feel a bit warm when wearing them for a long time - a common problem with headphones fore. They connect easily to my phone no problem. The fast forward and rewind and pause play button are all in one little switch that is difficult to control. I find myself accidentally skipping when intend to press down to pause. Sound is okay, and noise cancelling seems surprisingly good but not great. Overall a good budget pair of over ear headphones, I think $99 is a fair deal.
edit: also they only come with a soft carrying bag, not a hard case like some other over ear headphones

NC is ok. Not as good as AudioTechnica one that I have but it is wireless.
It gets a bit uncomfortable after listening for over 1 hour though IMHO.
I think this price is "ok".

Edit: looked through the manual looks like mic is on the detachable cable only and not on the headset itself.
