I wanted to order a furniture to be shipped to me as their local store did not have it in stock. I called their customer service and waited 30 minutes to get to someone. Then, being put on "to-be called" appointment list for someone to take my order. I missed that call and nothing I can do but to have to redo the damn scheduling again. What a f up system. Never thought ordering something could be so painful. This happened before the pandemic.
looking at the ranges. he NUTID is $650 and TILLAGAD is $500. both look like slide ins. where can i find more info like when it was released? anyone know what manufacturer makes these?
Bought one of the dishwashers before the stay at home orders. They're rebranded Whirlpool with a 5 year warranty. https://www.whirlpool.com/content...6251-W.pdf if I recall correctly, consumer reports rates whirlpool as a top brand to own due to it's reliability. It's the Toyota of the dishwashers. I choose the Betrod and I love it. It's quiet, easy on the eyes, and I have never had excess food left on my dishes since owning it.

lol.... I see that you come in to every ikea thread and crap on them. Ikea is not your amazon or target. They suck, we get it but they are learning from the COVID and have become better.
Get you curry, rice and mango lassi and chill!

This is the second time to be exact. I am glad someone has been counting. Just like people making a review, they want something good or bad to be known. I wish Ikea will layoff their online dept and recruit those who deserve the job right now. There I have said it. Learn from this.

Haha. They must lose a lot of sales during the pandemic. They charged delivery fee and on top of that. They can only fulfill certain amount of orders at my local store. *#**%*#*#**. We ordered everything from amazon and target for free shipping. If it wasn't for a table and a chair that my daughter set eyes on. I'd order off amazon and call it a day. What a dumbass system. At though they do not want to make sales.

lol, I went and checked, they did it one other time...
Got this[ikea.com] double oven when they were running this deal in stores a couple of months back along with this[ikea.com] dishwasher and the larger French door fridge here[ikea.com] (that was also half priced at $900 but unfortunately doesn't look like it's included in this sale). All were solid rebranded Whirlpool appliances (not sure if I could find an exact duplicate/equivalent for the stove but it's still a good deal). Cooktop on it does seem like it scratches fairly easily though. Not sure if that's fairly common now or not but the 18 year old one we got rid of never had issues with it.
some inexpensive dishwashers.. not sure of quality
We've had one for a couple of months now and no complaints really (it's the one I linked above with the stainless steel tub inside and controls on the front). Reviews aren't too great for the ones with a plastic tub. Anyway, cleans good and is nice and quiet. Not too crazy about the spacing and the layout of the racks IMO, but I've checked out other modern ones in stores and it seems to be the new norm. They put the racks closer together to fit more but in reality you can fit less it seems. For example, in our 20 year old dishwasher you could stand bowls straight up because the racks were further apart but now with the new dishwasher the rack spaces are too close together so all the bowls lean in different directions. Know it sounds kind of petty but with the old dishwasher I could easily fit 10 bowls in the top rack with cups & glasses on both sides but now I can only fit 6. The bottom rack is a little strange with the layout too. Just minor quibbles there and not trying to steer you away. Don't think you're going to find a better deal on a dishwasher that's not open box or something. And the best part is these appliances come with a 5 year warranty.
Thanks for your review. That's the one I just ordered. I paid $350 after tax and delivery. The earliest delivery date for my zip was in June unfortunately. Also I ordered the gooseneck piece W10685193[amazon.com] to connect the hose to. I don't know why they don't just include that piece since it is absolutely required. I'm going to reuse my copper line. There are kits with flex hoses like W10278627RP[amazon.com] and W10278635RP[amazon.com] but the hoses have a lifetime of 4 and 5 years respectively, while copper seems to last a lot longer.

Were you able to speak to a manager, Karen?
Yeah, it sucks. Move on and get on with your life.
