Apply the $10 off code 45298 also for additional $10 off.
Yes, Staples could fix the the problem and not allow them to stack but they are either incompetent or too lazy. Proceed at your own risk.
Edit: Disregard for these coupons. Staples email clarifies they can be used together.

I like how they can put in the required effort to blacklist, but not the effort to prohibit their own system from incorrectly applying discounts.

"Minimum purchase requirement must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies"
If they wanted "one coupon per order," I think that would be a lot easier and clearer to say, and they would just say it. But instead, the words they choose seem to say that you can use the 20o100 on $100 of purchases, and then 10o50 on a different set of purchases ("... purchases to which no other coupon ..."), including on the same order.
Why would they say the more complicated thing if they actually meant the simpler thing? So I think they intend for serial stacking to apply here, at least for these two coupon codes.
Now stacking with a 25o75 coupon bought on SD, that may be a different story.

I agree. I used to receive a lot of coupons from Staples in my email, so I used them to make purchases. After a period of time, Staples began to cancel my orders, I called in and was told I used too many coupons so I was blocked. It is unreasonable to me that it is Staples who sent me coupons, and they wanted my business, so I used them, but then they blocked me saying I should not use the coupons they sent to me. This practice is strange.
Staples is a special kind of stupid. Just ask @suckisstaples, an elder of the fatwallet and deals sites communities
