Good morning campers. I am SO excited to report that our kitchen will be complete (except for cabinet lighting) by the end of the week! Last night we installed toekicks and molding, added the doors & door silencers etc. Either tomorrow or friday our backsplash gets installed and now all that is left is to put in the shelves, finish drawers & hook up the sink! Yahoo! Yahoo!

Today is another busy day. I have ANOTHER meeting today. Lots to do. I hope everyone has had a great week so far Grouphug

Good day.

Nothing to new. I finally have the new garden area cleared of stumps/stones/rocks and what not. Now, I just have to research which plants to mound, like the zucchini. MMmm zucchini bread.

Plus, I'm considering doing the $4,500 credit for a truck/car with that new clunker bill that is going through the house. I just have to figure out what small sized truck I can get for $15-17. I think the first point I'll look for is a 8ft bed. Which, I doubt I'll find at that size of truck. That credit would actually get me $500 more than what I paid for the truck I have now from 8 years ago. But, I have put a reasonable amount of money into the breaks/rotors and last year lines and a fuel tank. But, still not to bad of a deal. Sure, tax payers are footing the bill.

Eat One of the things I loved doing is mixing about 1/2 shreaded zucchini with shreaded potatoes in a knish / potato pancake type thing ... and dropping any eggs there might have been as a binding agent. Slip 'em out of the oven when they're nice and toasty add a dollop of sour cream and dig in.

What a very quiet day here: so few posts!! Hello to all of my dear friends.
Came home from work and spent 2 hours behind the push mower...
And checked the garden and something (not worms, maybe grasshoppers?) stripped the leaves from 4 of 8 pepper plants... MadFrown
