What is the quality? How does it stack up to the recent TCL 65"/55" deal at Costco?
TCL 6 series is better than this for picture quality but you have to deal with DSE and vertical banding if you get a bad panel. If you watch sports especially hockey, this might be a better option. The TCL 6 series is also $500 in store only left at Costco.
The link above is for the Samsung 65" RU740D for $499. This post was created for the 65" Samsung TU700D for $499. However, the RU740D for $499 is a much better deal. The RU740D has a wide color gamut, one (1) more HDMI input, and less panel lottery issues since the RU740D uses either Samsung (FA01 or AB02) panels.

Dang says not available anymore. Killer price though.
I'd rather get a TCL 6 or even 2019 5 series over this one for wide color gamma. Also Roku > Tizen.
Not sure what "Crystal" means, but I would bet that this is just an entry level set, roughly on par with TCL 4 series, Vizio V, etc.
Means absolutely nothing. Just a marketing gimmick.
