The Asus TUF and Gigabyte Aorus are the only 2 boards in that price range that have 12+2 phase VRMs. The others offer 8+2.
ASUS and Gigabyte are the only two that offer (2) M.2 slots as well.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to what features matter to you the most,. Don't spend extra on boards that offer things that you will not get any value from.
The things that matter to me are:
How many USB ports?
How many M.2 slots.
Adequate VRM. (12+2 phase is probably overkill)
Ram support.
Front panel connectivity. (Chassis ports in the front)
And debugging (post codes, or to a lesser extent LED debugging).
at $167 this is a great price
smaller form factor usually comes with some tradeoffs,
Less ram slots
Not as beefy VRMs
Less pci lanes
just to name a few. Also if you're getting a mid tower sized case, the larger size of the ATX motherboard doesn't really matter.
i would only get a smaller board if i wanted to use a smaller PC case.
I double checked on Asus.com and can confirm with topcat, there is no Wifi or BT on this. You are thinking of a different board Logan.
This is a nice board even without that, but still not the form factor I need. ATX stocks are not bad, unfortunately mATX is where stock is near impossible to find.

Thanks for the post, I had the wifi Tuf Gaming X570 one on order from Amazon but I didn't really want to spend the extra money on wifi I would never use. Now that this is in stock at around the same time saving money.

I'd wait for the ASRock b550 steep legend. It has an M.e key for a laptop/Bluetooth wifi solution that's easily upgradable (those m. Cards are pretty cheap).

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to stick with this board. I have no need for WiFi on my desktop as it will either be next to a Orbi Satellite to plug into or be in my office by the main router.

To be clear, the OP's posting is for the 'Plus' version, which includes Wifi and Bluetooth. It's not reflected in the title.
I have this board [Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus] and it does not have either Wifi or Bluetooth on the motherboard. Although, it is a great motherboard in my opinion. Looks like it will be in stock June 4th.

There are two separate boards. The Plus and the Plus Wifi. They're pretty much the same, other than with the wifi and bluetooth.
I've got the wifi version, and it's great. It has about the best VRM's you can get on an x570 motherboard in this price range. However, the MSI Tomahawk x570's are coming out any time now (supposedly mid-June), with VRMs that blow this away. But they're going to be $200-225..

maybe, msrp is 189. but yes it will more than likely be inflated thanks to hardware unboxed shining review.

it's a budget conscious motherboard that competes with others in its class.
At the $200 MSRP price point you have:
(all x570)
MSI MPG Gaming EDGE wifi
ASRock Steel Legend WiFi
Gigabyte Aorus Elite Wifi.

B550 boards also have 2.5gb ethernet
