Edit: according to others it is VESA 100x100
Note that the main selling point of this is the low response time which is important for gaming (especially FPS), whereas not really important for daily use.
Not a pro but IPS panels can display colors better than TN panels, if that's one of your photoshop concerns. This should be capable of handling regular office work without issues.

Color accuracy on TN panels is not very good. I'd suggest looking for an IPS panel.
