Judging by my points history, I'm guessing these 500 points will simply expire like every other point I've earned via samsung has.

Samsung rewards aren't what they used to be, my points expire by the hundreds every month because the options to redeem are very limited.

Points can be used for Galaxy Store App purchases or Samsung Store items, but one could say it's worthless unless you have a bunch of points.

On the bright side, when Samsung Money by Sofi (debit card/bank system) comes out, if you have more than 1,000 points, you could convert it to cash; at least that's what they're saying in the press right now.

I'm looking forward to Samsung Money by SoFi to convert all my points
