iPhone Lens protectors are usually a bad idea. Make your pictures look worse, and the sapphire doesn't need protection.

Tried these on the 17Pro and the case didnt sit right. So it can impact that.

I wish you were right, but my experience says otherwise. Sapphire is durable alright but not invincible.

Yeah, unless you're super clumsy/careless with your phone, having a case with a lip around the camera bump (or 'camera plateau' in the case of the 17/18 pros) provides good enough protection
