Graphics card and CPU just by themselves comes out to $675. Memory $80; Not sure the motherboard, but say $80 even if a cheap one. Windows 10 $30 on some sites, Hard Drive $60. Case $50 approx. Power supply $60. And those prices are if you are getting everything really cheap.

No, you wont be playing AAA games @ 4k, but @1080 it will be fine.
With only a 512GB drive, you will be limited on the number of AAA games you can have installed. The CODMW folder on my system is 186GB.
