There are multiple versions of these keyboards. The newer ones are not on clearance. If yours still scan at regular price, make sure they are the ones I linked above.
All the clearance keyboards in my store had clearance stickers with MUCH higher prices. The Huntsman which was $50 was labeled $125. Always ask for a price check or just ring them up.
All four kinds of clearance keyboards were piled on a single rack in the Clearance section of my store's Electronics Department. The new (full price) versions of the same keyboards were on a different shelf. Canvase the entire electronics area before giving up.
Walmart staff in stores around me are unhelpful, to say the least. When you are in the store looking for the clearance stuff, you are on your own. No one will help you there.
You'll never score every deal. If you do, you should be applying your luck to more profitable and meaningful endevours. If you can't take a disappointment, don't bother trying.
Found a blackwidow elite today for 35$, bought it and took it home, opened it and it was a returned croma instead, clearly used and clearly the wrong keyboard.
Brickseek is wrong for me as well. Says the Elite is $54 and in stock-- called them. It is in stock, but "On Sale" for $139.
Yes that is what the employee will say. They have a sticker and just go off of that. I've never had an issue with the brickseek price being wrong but have had issues with inventory in the past. You have to scan with the Walmart app or at a register to get the brickseek price
