I've got a tough call on a CX when a sale pops up or just wait to see the Vizio.

Seems like these deals for the CX are constantly popping up, so unless you need a TV today, may as well wait. This isn't an authorized dealer anyway, so no biggie in waiting.

I bought a Q90 from Gameliquidations last year. When I got it, the serial number was different on the box vs the tv and it had REALLY bad uniformity. Something tells me it was either gray market or a return / refurb (non manufacturer)

Be weary.

Not authorized LG dealer has been stated in *every* LG C9/B9 thread that it doesn't matter, they will still honor the warranty. Seriously, a year+ of LG threads and someone always brings this up.

Yes and I read that in every single thread. Unrelated to my comment.

I've also read - not sure how true - that buying from an authorized dealer the warranty is good as of the day you purchased, whereas unauthorized is from date of manufacture. I personally don't know if I believe that, but throwing it out there.

Again, my comment is unrelated to the warranty, I never made any warranty claims.

If the OP doesn't mention it, someone should bring it up as well as the fact that the deal isn't even through Newegg directly but with Gameliquidations.

Just saves time when skimming the deals.

And btw, it's currently out of stock.
